- Receiving communications on behalf of our client (e.g. relating to cybersecurity events, investigations, etc), acknowledge to the sender and pass to client (within our next-working-day service level)
- Unlimited communications allowance (subject to Reasonable Use Policy)
- AI translation of communications received electronically in languages other than English
- Physical address made available for one EU contact location (client’s choice from all 27 EU member states), plus email, web landing page (these can be made bespoke for the client) contact points for communications
- Automatic upgrade to NIS2 Representative service from 18 October 2024 (when the NIS2 Directive obligations take over from NIS)
- First registration of the client with the chosen EU member state competent authority under NIS2 obligations (around 18 October 2024)
- Introductions on request to DataRep’s network of consultants, advisors and lawyers across the EU

- Advice / consultancy outside of Representative role
- Subsequent updates to competent authority registration, where requested by client (€50 per requested change) – these can be undertaken directly by the client if preferred
- Representation under any other EU (or other jurisdiction) regulation or law

- Compliance with NIS
- A DSA Representative has been appointed (if required)
- DataRep acceptance of information provided by client

| Pricing |
- Dependent on EU/EEA-derived revenue expected over the next 12 months:
- EU/EEA revenue (next 12 months) up to €1M : €200
- EU/EEA revenue (next 12 months) over €1M : €500
- 50% discount to base price for clients which have also taken the DataRep DSA Representative service
