What is included

  • Receiving communications on behalf of our client (e.g. relating to deletion requests, access requests, etc), acknowledge to the sender and pass to client (within our next-working-day service level)

  • Unlimited communications allowance (subject to Reasonable Use Policy)

  • AI translation of communications received electronically in languages other than English

  • Physical address made available for Switzerland, plus email and web landing page (these can be made bespoke for the client) contact points for communications

  • Introductions on request to DataRep’s network of consultants, advisors and lawyers across the EU
What is not included

  • Advice / consultancy outside of Representative role

  • Data Protection Officer service

  • Representation under any other regulation or law (whether in the EU or other jurisdiction)
Appointment conditions

  • Compliance with FADP

  • DataRep acceptance of information provided by client
Pricing

  • Fixed fee: €150

  • If also taking DataRep EU GDPR Representative service: €100

  • From year two, renewal discounts of up to €50 based on overall number of communications received
