- Receiving communications on behalf of our client (e.g. relating to any matters relating to their service), acknowledge to the sender and pass to client (within our next-working-day service level)
- Demonstrate to competent authorities the actions taken and provisions put in place by the client to comply with the DGA
- Unlimited communications allowance (subject to Reasonable Use Policy)
- AI translation of communications received electronically in languages other than English
- Physical address made available for one EU contact location (client’s choice from all 27 EU member states), plus email and web landing page (these can be made bespoke for the client) contact points for communications
- First registration of the client with the chosen EU member state competent authority
- Introductions on request to DataRep’s network of consultants, advisors and lawyers across the EU

- Advice / consultancy outside of Representative role
- Subsequent updates to competent authority registration, where requested by client (€50 per requested change) – these can be undertaken directly by the client if preferred
- Representation under any other EU (or other jurisdiction) regulation or law

| Appointment conditions |
- Compliance with DGA
- Client has provided sufficient documentation to explain how they comply with DGA, so DataRep can explain this to competent authorities on request
- DataRep has been appointed as the client’s GDPR, DSA and NIS/NIS2 Representative (if required)
- DataRep acceptance of information provided by client

- Fixed fee: €500
- Data altruism organisations registered as charities in their home jurisdiction: €400
- From year two, renewal discounts of 50% if no DGA Regulation communications have been received
