- Receiving communications on behalf of our client (e.g. relating to terrorism material removal), acknowledge to the sender and pass to client (asap)
- Unlimited communications allowance (subject to Reasonable Use Policy)
- AI translation of communications received electronically in languages other than English
- Physical address made available for one EU contact location (client’s choice from all 27 EU member states), plus email, web landing page (these can be made bespoke for the client), telephone contact points for communications
- First registration of the client with the chosen EU member state competent authority
- Introductions on request to DataRep’s network of consultants, advisors and lawyers across the EU

- Advice / consultancy outside of Representative role
- Subsequent updates to competent authority registration, where requested by client (€50 per requested change) – these can be undertaken directly by the client if preferred
- Representation under any other EU (or other jurisdiction) regulation or law

- Compliance with TCO
- DataRep has been appointed as the client’s GDPR, DSA and NIS/NIS2 Representative (if required)
- DataRep acceptance of information provided by client

| Pricing |
- If client’s EU/EEA-derived revenue for the next 12 months is expected to be no more than €1,000,000
- If they provide public hosting: €500
- If they provide private-only hosting: €200
- If client’s EU/EEA-derived revenue for the next 12 months is expected to exceed €1,000,000
- If they provide public hosting: €1,000
- If they provide private-only hosting: €400
- From year two, renewal discounts of 50% if no TCO Regulation communications have been received
